This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and cozy bar lounge. On my first stay, the staff kindly provided me a bottle of water at night. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for Christmas.

The outdoor pool was a great place to relax.

My stay was riddled with issues that left me frustrated. First, the air conditioning in the room was ineffective, and despite requesting assistance, the problem remained unresolved for my entire stay. I encountered a disturbing lack of respect for privacy when hotel staff walked into my room without knocking, which was completely unacceptable.

The room had a nice fridge, but the air conditioning was super loud.

The bathroom needed fixing, and the room was quite spacious for relaxing.

Lekker comfy beds. The guys at reception were super friendly! One even gave my daughters a cute teddy bear. Clean room with a bathtub made it chill. Brekkie was decent, too!

Only downside is it’s a bit out the way from the airport, took us a while to get there.

I was hoping for a luxurious stay but found the air con useless and the shower went from cold to scalding every time! having to deal with the loud teens playing in the lifts really added to my experience. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t. Disappointing to say the least.

the novotel has a very good location, especially for those arriving by car. there’s plenty of free parking, and it’s close to the highway. it was super easy to reach attractions nearby, and the tram station, just a 5-minute walk away, takes you straight to the city center. we really appreciated the 24-hour gym and outdoor pool for relaxing after exploring.

The buffet dinner was a pleasant surprise, showcasing some really delicious ravioli that I couldn't get enough of. The outdoor gym and kids' play area kept my family entertained while we relaxed. I did notice the breakfast options could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall it was a fun stay! 😊
